News of Tim Cook Receives Shares Amounting to U.S. $ 376 Million In Awards From Corporate Forms

Tim Cook to replace Steve Jobs since August last year and led the steering making the iPhone and the iPad, because it was Tim Cook awarded one million shares of restricted stock units (RSUs) as a form of belief of the board of the company

 

Tim Cook received shares amounting to 376 million U.S. dollars which half can be cashed in 2016 and the remainder in 2021, valued at more than 376 million dollars. This amount is the largest amount ever awarded to Apple executives in the last ten years.

Boyd said the only award similar to a class of shares that occurred in January 2000 and given to one company's founder, Steve Jobs. Value of its shares at that time about 600 million dollars.
